У четвер, 8 вересня 2022 року, відбулася друга онлайн-зустріч між представниками адміністрації НАОМА та UAL (Лондонським університетом мистецтв). Від НАОМА на зустрічі були присутні декан факультету образотворчого мистецтва та реставрації Юлія Майстренко-Вакуленко та провідна фахівчиня відділу міжнародних зв’язків та інформації Наталія Корчина. UAL представляли проректорка з питань освіти UAL, професорка Роні Браун, директор міжнародного розвитку Лондонського коледжу комунікацій (London College of Communication) Ян Сторі, художниця та співробітниця міжнародного відділу коледжу мистецтв Челсі (Chelsea College of Arts) Венді Андерсон та директорка міжнародного відділу Лондонського коледжу моди (London College of Fashion) Єсенія Сан Хуан. Модерувала зустріч Анжела Стащак, менеджерка проєктів провідної транснаціональної освітньої консалтингової компанії Cormack Consultancy Group.
Зустріч відбулася в рамках програми «Єдність», що спрямована на налагодження співпраці між українськими закладами вищої освіти та британськими університетами, персоналізацію допомоги, отриманої від ЗВО-партнерів, спрямовану на підтримку, відновлення та розвиток українських університетів під час війни, а також у довгостроковій перспективі для формування партнерства та альянсів для спільної роботи та подальшої міжнародної співпраці.
Під час зустрічі було окреслено основні напрямки співпраці:
- студентська та викладацька мобільність в онлайн та офлайн форматах,
- доступ до бібліографічних ресурсів UAL,
- взаємний доступ до публікацій в академічних виданнях обох ЗВО,
- обопільна можливість друку статей в цих академічних виданнях,
- формування груп зацікавлених викладачів НАОМА задля подальшого спілкування, обміну досвідом та обговорення методики навчання з колегами з UAL.
Представники UAL в другий раз запевнили, що вони націлені на стійку та довготривалу співпрацю з НАОМА. Підготовлений Меморандум про порозуміння між нашими ЗВО наразі знаходиться на стадії підписання. Колеги з UAL гарантували, що наприкінці вересня 2022 року наміри про подальшу співпрацю будуть офіційно підтвердженні.
Second Online Meeting Between UAL and NAFAA
to Elaborate Sustainable Partnership
On Thursday, September 8th, 2022, the second online meeting between NAFAA and UAL took place. From NAFAA the meeting was joined by Yuliya Maystrenko–Vakulenko, Dean of the Department of Fine Arts and Restoration, and Nataliia Korchyna, Head of International Relations and Communications Office. On behalf of UAL were present Professor Roni Brown, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Education), Ian Storey, Director of International Development at London College of Communication, Wendy Anderson, a well-known London artist and a staff member of International Department at Chelsea College of Arts, and Yesenia San Juan, Director of International Department at London College of Fashion. The meeting was moderated by Angela Stashchak, a project manager of the leading transnational educational consulting company Cormack Consultancy Group.
The meeting was held within the framework of the «Unity» program, which focuses on establishing cooperation between Ukrainian higher education institutions and British universities, personalizing the assistance received from partner HEIs aimed to support, restore and develop Ukrainian universities during the war as well as in the long term, to form partnerships and alliances for joint work and further mutual internationalization.
During the meeting, the main directions of cooperation were outlined as follows:
- online and offline student and academic staff mobility,
- access to UAL bibliographic resources,
- mutual access to publications at academic editions of both higher education institutions,
- opportunity for researchers to print articles in academic editions of UAL and NAFAA,
- formation of groups among academic staff members at NAOMA interested in further communication, exchange of experience and discussions regarding teaching methods with colleagues from UAL.
The representatives of UAL assured us for the second time that they are aiming for sustainable and long-term cooperation with NAFAA. The prepared Memorandum of Understanding between our HEIs is currently at the stage of signing. Colleagues from UAL guaranteed that intentions for further cooperation will be officially established at the end of September 2022.
